Try to focus on eating natural foods and check various ideas for some delicious snacks or sweets without added sugar.
  8. Eat more garlic. According to an article by Julie Daniluk, a holistic nutritionist and author, garlic has the ability to boost your immune system. As a bonus, eating more garlic can help regulate bood sugar, reduce cholesterol and lower bool pressure.
